Voice2Text is charged in addition to standard MessageBank costs.You will be charged for all converted and partially converted messages i.e. you are charged for 1 message despite its length (up to 3 linked SMS messages) including long messages and notifications of non-converted messages. Charging takes place when the message is converted, whether or not the text is delivered or received.

With Message2txt, callers who can't get through to you can leave a 10-second message that is converted to text and sent to you as an SMS.

Things you need to know The Message2txt service will do its best to convert the caller's message accurately into a text message, but the conversion may not bet otally accurate if the caller's voice or words are unclear. We may use a third party to assist in the translation of a voice message. The text message should take about 3.5 minutes to arrive after the caller leaves the voice message, but in some instances may take up to 20 minutes. The caller's voice message is not stored and is unable to be retrieved.

Things you need to know We can't guarantee that the message will be correctly translated and we are not responsible for the content of the message. On average it should take around 3.5 minutes for text message notification to be received but in some instances it can take up to 20 minutes. In some instances, we may use a third party agent to assist in the translation of individual words or small portions of a voice message. Unlike MessageBank or Voice2Text, you cannot customise your greeting or listen to messages.

It can take up to 24 hours to activate your Messagebank service. We will send you confirmation to  once the service is active.
