To bar or unbar access to Premium SMS content for your mobile, simply complete the online form below Please note:
  • This form is for Residential customers only. You must be the Account holder or Authorised Representative of the service requesting barring or unbarring.
  • Business customers - please call 13 2000 and follow the prompts.
  • Enterprise and Government customers - please contact your Service Delivery team on 1800 730 053
Your request will be processed by close of business, next business day.
Every time you change your plan, you must resubmit a Premium Barring or Unbarring request.
