You can use this form to request to suspend one or multiple services that you don't need right now for up to 90 days. You'll receive a rebate on your monthly bill for the time your service is suspended.
This option is not applicable for customers on upfront plans.

Things you need to know

  • It can take up to 2 business days to suspend your services
  • You won't be able to make or receive calls, send or receive SMS messages, access the internet or use data on your suspended service
  • You'll keep your home and mobile numbers
  • You can resume at any time
  • You'll still need to pay any device repayments while your services are suspended
  • You can only suspend services on your personal or small business account (i.e. the account numbers that start with '2000').
  • If you wish to suspend services that belong to different accounts, please complete a separate form for each account.
  • Services that are on Fiber to the Premises aren't eligible for suspension, if this applies to you we'll be in contact within two business days to discuss alternative options.
