The 3 months free offer is available for any new, existing and transition Telstra customers on a Medium, Large or Extra Large business SIM-only or mobile plan.
The 3 months free offer is available on new MYOB subscriptions only. If you are an eligible Telstra customer with an existing MYOB subscription, you will need to create a new MYOB subscription to redeem the 3 months free offer, which will be separate to your existing MYOB subscription.

Your request to redeem the MYOB Essentials 3 months free offer will take approximately 48 - 72 hours to process.
- Telstra Apps Marketplace
You will receive an account for Telstra Apps Marketplace as part of your MYOB Essentials offer. Your Telstra Apps Marketplace account will allow you to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription for MYOB Essentials. You can also manage your subscription here or by giving us a call or visiting us in store.
- Opt out of offer
If you do not wish to continue your MYOB Essentials at the end of your 3 months free offer period, you must opt out by submitting a cancellation webform here or by cancelling your subscription by logging in to Telstra Apps Marketplace. If you do not opt out at the end of your MYOB Essentials 3 months free offer period, your subscription will continue, and you will be billed.
Telstra customers who are not currently single billed, will receive a new Telstra account number for an MYOB subscription if they redeem the MYOB Essentials 3 months free offer.Any existing account number will be cancelled and replaced with the new Telstra account number. Customers will receive two bills in the first month of the MYOB Essentials 3 month free offer to reflect the new subscription and any pro rata charges leading up to the date of the creation of the new account.
